For my female friends, some use toys, some only their hands, some can use both. Me personally, I only use my hands, and don't want anyone to watch or hear me. I watch porn or come up with some outrageous fantasy and wait for the countdown. Sometimes I go on an all day self pleasuring binge, and then there are times when I wont do it for weeks. I do find it weird that some women (& men) claim that they are not into that and they don't do it. Also, I believe people who are in touch with themselves sexual are more receptive to the sexual needs and wants of others. Basically I'll know what you like way before you even do. 
I'm not saying that if you don't masturbate you are lame in bed, but it is questionable from my experience.

To me, sex doesn't exist without "talking dirty". I love to talk, so telling my sexual athlete what I want and how I want it, is basically bedroom gossip to me. Yea, we all hear what they say on the porno's but are we really saying any of that shit?  Hearing "oh Daddy this is yours" or "yes baby f**k me" over & over again becomes boring. When I was 18 years old and my boyfriend at the time called me a "pretty ass bitch" while we were having intercourse, sex has never been the same, and when I'm with someone who isn't that verbal sexually, the experience is beyond boring. Of course you have to be with someone your comfortable with and you all know each others sexual history, but once that's all squared away and you've been together 50+ times sexually already, the ohh's and ahh's become oh so boring. To get things started, dare your girl to not make any sounds while your inside her, watch her face expressions from trying to fight and keep quiet. Vice versa for the women.
